Contact Don Gorzek or Matt Goihl (414-588-1694 or mattgoihl@sjafa.com), now if you want this activity to continue.

The 2016 “Senior Citizens Leaf Raking” sponsored by the Optimist Club of Menomonee Falls took place on November 12, 2016.

The event was another success. Over two hundred volunteers this year included Falls Angels girls softball, Junior Indians boys baseball, High School Student Council, National Honor Society, Cub Scout Packs 36 and 109, Junior Optimists International, and a handful of spirited individuals from the Menomonee Falls Optimist club. Cub Scout Pack 36 from Riverside School raked and cleaned a yard on Shady Lane. Members of the MFHS Junior Optimist Club raked leaves at several home on Forest Drive.

This year we raked leaves (and even cleaned out some gutters!) for 26 homeowners. Donations will be matched by the Optimists and distributed to the volunteer youth groups.
